Monday Happys: Waffle Yoga

There are so many great reasons to include a feathered being in your life….especially on a Monday.

Let’s say, for instance, that you let yourself off the hook this past weekend as far as working out. All weekend long, you said to yourself, “I’ll take it easy this weekend and then when Monday comes, I’ll get back to my regular fitness routine.”

And then Monday comes. And you realize you liked your “weekend routine” much better.

But thankfully you have had the wisdom and foresight to include a being with feathers in your flock, who happily demonstrates how to make fitness fun again….just add some tasty waffles!
